Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before the product has been shipped or, for custom-made products, before production has started.
Once an order has been shipped or production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at info@jetflyzone.com as soon as possible before shipment or production begins.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the specialized and fragile nature of our RC aircraft, model aircraft, RC butterflies, and other hobby products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been shipped and delivered.
Our products contain delicate electronic components, servos, motors, lightweight structures, and other fragile parts. Once a product has been delivered, opened, assembled, tested, operated, modified, crashed, or otherwise handled, its condition may be affected.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds due to:
- Change of mind
- No longer wanting the product
- Ordering the wrong model or version
- Incompatibility with the customer's equipment
- Difficulty operating or learning to fly the model
- Damage caused by flying, crashing, improper operation, or failure to follow the instructions
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair, or DIY installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by weather, wind, improper storage, or other conditions outside our control
- Damaged or Defective Products
We carefully inspect and test our products before shipment. However, due to the fragile nature of RC aircraft and the handling involved during transportation, damage may occasionally occur during shipping.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with an incorrect component, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide:
- Your order number;
- Clear photographs of the product and damaged component;
- Photographs of the original packaging and shipping box;
- A description of the issue;
- A video demonstrating the problem, if applicable.
After reviewing the information, we will determine the appropriate solution.
Replacement / Resend
Where the issue is confirmed to be related to shipping damage, an incorrect item, or a manufacturing/quality issue, our preferred solution is to send a replacement component or replacement product rather than accept a return.
Depending on the situation, we may:
- Send a replacement remote controller;
- Send a replacement servo, motor, wing, fuselage, or other component;
- Send replacement parts needed to restore the product;
- Send a replacement product where necessary;
- Offer another reasonable solution based on the specific circumstances.
For minor or isolated damage to a replaceable component, we may replace only the affected component rather than replace the entire aircraft.
Replacement parts or products will normally be shipped to the original shipping address provided with the order.
Shipping Damage
Because our products are lightweight and fragile, customers should inspect the package and product as soon as possible after delivery.
If damage is visible upon arrival, please provide photographs of the shipping package, shipping label, protective packaging, and damaged product.
We may request additional photographs or videos to determine whether the damage occurred during transportation and to identify the appropriate replacement part.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not available for delivered RC aircraft, RC butterflies, model aircraft, or other fragile hobby products.
If a product has a confirmed issue that cannot reasonably be resolved through replacement parts or replacement of the product, JetFlyZone may, at its discretion, offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Any refund, where approved, will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Customer-Caused Damage
We are not responsible for damage resulting from:
- Crashes or accidents during flight;
- Flying in unsuitable weather or wind conditions;
- Improper operation;
- Failure to follow the product instructions;
- Improper assembly;
- Unauthorized modification;
- Disassembly or repair by the customer;
- Incorrect battery, charger, or other equipment;
- Excessive use or overheating of components;
- Other misuse of the product.
For these situations, we may provide replacement parts or repair assistance where available, but the customer may be responsible for the applicable parts and shipping costs.
Custom-Made Products
Custom-made, personalized, or specially prepared products are made specifically for the customer.
Once production has started, these products generally cannot be cancelled or returned due to change of mind or other reasons unrelated to a confirmed product defect.

Our products are hobby-grade RC models and contain delicate components. Customers should carefully read the product description and operating instructions before use.
By purchasing from JetFlyZone, you acknowledge the specialized and fragile nature of these products and agree to follow the applicable operating and safety instructions.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
